Giving Made Easy!

You can contribute to the Hawaiian Way Fund or any of our Partner Recipients through workplace payroll deduction programs or by simply making a donation directly to the Hawaiian Way Fund.  All contributions are 100% tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.

 

Sign Up for Workplace Giving

Workplace giving allows employees to make financial contributions to nonprofit organizations.  Most employees prefer the ease and simplicity of payroll deduction, where small amounts are automatically and conveniently deducted from their paychecks each pay period.

Donors Who Have a Workplace Payroll Deduction Program that Offers the Hawaiian Way Fund

If your current employer offers a workplace giving campaign that includes the Hawaiian Way Fund, all you need to do is complete an Employee Pledge Form and send one copy to your payroll department, make sure one copy is sent to the Hawaiian Way Fund and keep one copy for your own records. Your contribution will be sent to the Hawaiian Way Fund on a schedule to be determined by your employer.

 

Donors Who Have a Workplace Payroll Deduction Program That Does Not Include the Hawaiian Way Fund

Adding the Hawaiian Way Fund to an already existing workplace giving program is very simple and only requires that your employer allow the Hawaiian Way Fund to participate in your current workplace giving campaign.  The Hawaiian Way Fund can assist you and your employer in the process of expanding your current workplace giving campaign.  We can provide you with all of the necessary materials and information to make the Hawaiian Way Fund a successful addition to your current workplace giving program.

 

Donors With Employers Who Do Not Offer Workplace Giving Programs

Creating a workplace giving program is an easy process that requires only the approval of your employer and the desire of the employees. Workplace giving campaigns have been fine-tuned to be a very effective, yet un-intrusive method of making contributions to nonprofit organizations.
